It is called Palakura pachadi in Telugu. It is a quick, simple, tasty and multipurpose condiment made with spinach and spices.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped spinach
 - 1 cup chopped onion
 - 10-12 garlic cloves
 - 1 tbsp tamarind paste or dry tamarind
 - 1 tsp urad dal
 - 1 tsp chana dal
 - ½ tsp mustard seeds
 - ½ tsp cumin seeds
 

- 1 tsp red chili powder
 - Curry leaves
 - Salt
 - Oil
 - 2-3 dried red chili
 
Method:
- Grind onion, garlic, tamarind, red chili powder and salt to the paste
 - In a pan, add oil and heat it
 - Add urad dal and chana dal
 - Once they start changing the color, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
 - Let them pop and add dried red chili pieces and curry leaves
 - Then add the onion-garlic paste to the pan
 


- Mix well and cook until rawness of onion-garlic goes away and mixture starts thickening
 - Lastly, add chopped spinach, mix well, cover and cook on low flame
 - Once oil starts separating, turn off the stove
 - Serve the chutney with rice, roti or dosa.
