
This is a healthy (no oil), high protein, low carb dish which can be made in 30-40 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1.5 cups chopped vegetables (onions, peppers and spinach)
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheese

Method:
- Readymade shredded cheese can be used. Here I used savory garlic cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Grease the 12-cup muffin tin


- Whisk eggs + milk, add pepper and salt
- Mix all chopped veggies and cheese
- Fill muffin cups 1/3 with veggie mix


- Pour egg mix to fill 3/4th full
- Bake for 25 minutes until turns golden
- Cool slightly and then serve!
