Nachos are a Mexican food consisting of tortilla chips covered with cheese, and a variety of other toppings, often including vegetables and eaten with salsa or sour cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can black olives
- Taco seasoning mix
- Sour cream
- Tomatoes- finely chopped
- Sweet corn (can or frozen)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425º F
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil
- Take a pot, heat it on medium flame.
- Add drained black beans and add taco seasoning mix
- Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add half the tortilla chips to the baking sheet
- Top with bean mixture, half the cheese, half the olives, half the tomatoes and half the corn
- Repeat one more layer
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts (around 15 minutes)
- Serve immediately with sour cream
