Nachos are a Mexican food consisting of tortilla chips covered with cheese, and a variety of other toppings, often including vegetables and eaten with salsa or sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can black olives
  • Taco seasoning mix
  • Sour cream
  • Tomatoes- finely chopped
  • Sweet corn (can or frozen)

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 425º F
  • Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil

  • Take a pot, heat it on medium flame.
  • Add drained black beans and add taco seasoning mix
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add half the tortilla chips to the baking sheet

  • Top with bean mixture, half the cheese, half the olives, half the tomatoes and half the corn
  • Repeat one more layer
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts (around 15 minutes)
  • Serve immediately with sour cream
