Mango Lassi


Mango lassi is a delicious creamy drink with mango, yogurt, milk, a little sugar, and cardamom powder. You can use either fresh mango or frozen mango or canned mango pulp.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mango pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Sugar or Agave
  • Cardamom powder (optional)

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender
  • You can adjust milk and/or add water to get the desired consistency
  • Enjoy the delicious mango lassi.
  • The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
