Mango lassi is a delicious creamy drink with mango, yogurt, milk, a little sugar, and cardamom powder. You can use either fresh mango or frozen mango or canned mango pulp.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mango pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Milk
- Sugar or Agave
- Cardamom powder (optional)
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender
- You can adjust milk and/or add water to get the desired consistency
- Enjoy the delicious mango lassi.
- The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
