
This is the recipe of instant dose. This dosa is not only tasty and nutritious, but looks pretty too 😊 The main ingredients are oats and beetroot.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oats
- 3/4 cup Semolina
- ¼ cup rice flour
- 1 cup Beetroot
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 Green Chili

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Cilantro
- 2 tbsp curd/dahi
Method:
- Dry roast oats for 2 minutes
- Grind it with semolina to make fine powder
- Transfer it to a bowl, add rice flour and mix well
- Keep the mixture aside


- Grind beetroot pieces, ginger, green chili, cumin seeds, salt, cilantro and curd to a thin paste
- Add this paste to oats-semolina mixture
- Make a flowy batter by adding water
- Let it stand by for 5 minutes

- To make dosas, heat a pan over medium heat
- Brush with about 1 teaspoon of oil
- Pour one ladle of batter into the center of the griddle
- Using the bottom of the ladle, quickly spread the batter outward in a circular
- Drizzle some oil over the top
- Cook dosa batter to brown on the bottom
- With a spatula, carefully loosen the dosa from the griddle
- The bottom should be crisp and beautifully browned
- Flip it and cook on other side too and enjoy the yummy dosa!
