Soya Chunks Pulao

Soya Chunks Pulao is a flavorful rice dish made with protein-rich soya chunks, basmati rice and spices. You can add any combination of vegetables. Here, I used only potatoes. Dried soya chunks or nuggets are easily available in any India grocery stores (Nutrela brand is very popular).

  • Lastly, add 4 cups of water to it
  • Mix well
  • Taste the water mixture and adjust salt if needed
  • Cover and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes
  • Make sure the bottom is not burning by stirring it in between
  • Once rice cooks well, turn off the stove
  • Serve nutritious pulao with raita and dal.
