This is a very simple, quick, and healthy side dish. Broccoli has a lot of fiber, proteins, vitamins K, C, A, E, and several B vitamins, plus minerals like chromium, phosphorus, copper, and manganese.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Broccoli
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper
Method:
- Cut broccoli florets
- Cut garlic into small pieces
- In a pan, boil the water
- Turn off the stove and take down the pan
- Add broccoli florets to boiled water
- Make sure all florets sink into water
- Keep them for 5 minutes
- Drain the water and add cold water to broccoli
- Keep drained broccoli florets aside
- In a pan, add olive oil and heat it
- Add garlic, salt and crushed red pepper to oil
- Roast until garlic changes the color
- Add broccoli florets
- Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes
- It will cook nicely with the water from broccoli stems
- Turn off the stove and enjoy the dish!
