Stir Fry Broccoli


This is a very simple, quick, and healthy side dish. Broccoli has a lot of fiber, proteins, vitamins K, C, A, E, and several B vitamins, plus minerals like chromium, phosphorus, copper, and manganese.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Crushed red pepper

Method:

  • Cut broccoli florets
  • Cut garlic into small pieces
  • In a pan, boil the water
  • Turn off the stove and take down the pan
  • Add broccoli florets to boiled water
  • Make sure all florets sink into water
  • Keep them for 5 minutes
  • Drain the water and add cold water to broccoli
  • Keep drained broccoli florets aside

  • In a pan, add olive oil and heat it
  • Add garlic, salt and crushed red pepper to oil
  • Roast until garlic changes the color
  • Add broccoli florets
  • Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • It will cook nicely with the water from broccoli stems
  • Turn off the stove and enjoy the dish!
