Hawaiian rolls are light, fluffy, slightly sweet bread. This recipe is shared by my son. It is very easy recipe, needs few ingredients and needs 20 minutes. These garlic rolls are soft, buttery, and cheesy with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh or dried parsley
- 2 tsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheese (any combo of mozzarella, cheddar etc.)
Method:
- King’s Hawaiian rolls can be found at Costco
- Cut a deep x in the top of each roll halfway through with serrated bread knife
- Stuff all the crevasses with shredded cheese
- Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, parsley, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic
- Spread this mixture to cover all the buns (top and sides too) by using brush
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Bake the rolls, uncovered, for 10 minutes
- Cheese should be melted and rolls should begin to brown
- Serve warm and enjoy!
