This is my son’s recipe. Perfectly cooked baby potatoes coated with an aromatic spice mix. Easy, simple, super delicious potato dish with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 250 gm baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp MDH Achari aloo masala
- 3-4 garlic-minced
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Wash the baby potatoes and cut into halves
- In a pan, add oil and heat it
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
- Let them crackle
- Add minced garlic and fry it
- Add potato pieces
- Mix well so they get coated with oil well
- Cover and cook on low flame
- Keep stirring in between
- Once potato gets soft, add achari aloo masala, salt, and sugar
- Mix well
- Adjust the salt
- Once potatoes cook well, turn off the stove and enjoy the yummy potatoes!
