This is a very simple and basic recipe for beginners in making fruit smoothies at home. You can use any combination of fruits, veggies, different types of milk, honey or agave etc. Fruits can be fresh or frozen.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fruits-I used mango, blueberries, and banana
  • 1.5 cups almond milk or regular milk or oat milk
  • 2 tbs Organic blue agave syrup

Agave syrup is made from the blue agave plant and is widely used as a sweetener. It has a low glycemic index, is rich in antioxidants, and has some essential vitamins.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Ninja blender is a great option.

Transfer the smoothie to a glass jar and enjoy it!
