This is a multipurpose chutney and comes in handy to make curries too.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh coconut pieces
- ½ cup cilantro
- 4-5 green chilies
- ½ cup curry leaves
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to make this chutney.
- It can be eaten with hot rice and ghee. It can be used while making curries. You can add curd to make a wet coconut chutney that goes well with dosa, idli, uttapam etc.
