Coconut Dry Chutney


This is a multipurpose chutney and comes in handy to make curries too.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh coconut pieces
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 4-5 green chilies
  • ½ cup curry leaves
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt

Method:

  • Grind all the ingredients to make this chutney.
  • It can be eaten with hot rice and ghee. It can be used while making curries. You can add curd to make a wet coconut chutney that goes well with dosa, idli, uttapam etc.
