
This is an easy, quick and healthy breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados
- Chopped onion
- Chopped tomatoes

- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Black pepper powder
- Grated cheese
- Butter
- Bread slices (I used sourdough bread, but any type of bread can be used)
- Method:
- Run knife around the seed and twist open avocado firstly
- Take out the seed
- Scoop the pulp and chop it roughly


- Mash it or blend it
- Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice to avocado and mix well
- Spread the butter on one bread slice and spread avocado mixture on the second slice
- Add cheese over the avocado mixture
- Heat the pan, add some butter and place both slices over it
- Once the buttered slice becomes golden brown and crunchy on lower side, place it on the other slice with crunchy side inside of the sandwich
- Press it down with the spatula
- Flip the sandwich and add butter if needed
- Take out the sandwich after both sides of sandwich become crispy and golden
- Cut the sandwich into half and serve!
