
This is the recipe of homemade carrot cake. Is it very easy to make and perfectly moist. You can add the pieces of almonds and/or raisins to the batter.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (you can use whole wheat flour)
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup vegetable oil

- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated peeled carrots
Method:
- Wash, peel and grate the carrots and keep it aside
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Grease the round cake pan, line the bottom with parchment paper and then grease the top of parchment paper
- In a bowl, add eggs, whisk, add sugar, then whisk and add oil, vanilla extract and whisk it well
- Add the mixture of all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder


- Add the dry mixture to egg mixture and mix well by gentle stirring
- Lastly, add grated carrots to the mixture and mix well
- Transfer the cake batter to the prepared cake pan


- Bake it at 350 F for 30 minutes
- Turn off the oven and take out the cake pan
- Separate the sides of cake with a knife
- Place a plate on the top of cake pan upside down
- Flip the cake pan along with the plate to transfer the cake to plate
- Enjoy the yummy carrot cake!
