
Zucchini is packed with nutrients like vitamin C, A, B (B1, B2, B6), minerals (potassium, magnesium, folate, copper, zinc), omega 3s, protein and anti-oxidants. This is a very easy, nutritious and yummy recipe. Sliced Zucchini are tossed in olive oil, coated with bread crumbs and spices and then baked in the oven. You can use any spices you want.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Lime pepper powder
- Parmesan cheese
- Bread crumbs

Method:
- Wash, cry and cut Zucchini into thin slices (do not peel the skin off)
- Sprinkle salt and spray olive oil, mix well to coat all sides of Zucchini pieces
- In a bowl, take bread crumbs, garlic powder. Cheese, lime pepper powder and mix


- Sprinkle this mixture over Zucchini pieces
- Preheat oven at 400 F
- Place the tray in the oven
- Bake it until golden color
- Turn off the oven
- Enjoy the tasty baked Zucchini!
